PrepTracker doesn't guess. Supply targets are built on the same standards used by international relief organizations - calorie and water requirements per person, per day, scaled to your household. Defensible, documented, and the same math the experts use.
Your supplies, plans and documents live only on your phone. Nothing leaves it unless you turn on the weekly email, alerts, community mode or household link, and each one tells you exactly what it sends. Household link moves your list between your own phones encrypted; we hold the ciphertext, never the key.

Community mode lets a mosque, church, association or workplace offer PrepTracker to its members under its own name, reach them when it matters, and see how ready the community is as a whole. Members keep every bit of their privacy.
Install the app, enter the community code during setup (or later under More → Community) and, where the community asks for it, a membership ID. The join screen states what is shared; tapping the button is the consent. Three minutes, once.
A simple console, one token per country, nothing to install. A message goes out as a push notification within seconds or rides the next weekly email, in each member's own language. Coordinators see only how many it reached, never who.
Every phone in community mode reports its readiness figures on its own: readiness, days covered, household size. Coordinators see averages and counts for their country, never a single household. A community that runs its own small service can also see its members by membership ID, on the community's own server.
Items and quantities, documents, the Vault, medical cards, contacts, email address, phone number, location or device identifiers. Members can see the exact record the app sends at any time, and leaving community mode stops it and deletes it.
Community mode is built and in use today, not a roadmap item. If your mosque, church, association, school or workplace wants its own code, write to us and we will walk you through what it takes. Members never pay, and their household data never comes to us.

No smartphone? The same app runs in Chrome or Edge on a computer at app.prep-tracker.com. It is a separate copy and does not sync with a phone.
